cliffs notes version:  a pregnant librarian in Florida intentionally hit a man on his motorcycle, which was verified by witnesses.  He and the witnesses tried to get her to stop, which she did not, and then followed her to her house and called 911.  She went into the house, retrieved a gun, and pointed it at the motorcyclist (again verified by a witness), who then shot her.  Lots of interesting stuff going on here, but sounds like pretty clear cut self defense.  The witness on the 911 call clearly didn’t know the biker, so it’s not like it’s is biker buddy covering for him or something.

It sounds like self defense to me. It is a good thing he had (probably) uninterested witnesses.

I’d still be worried if I was him.  Todays society and news force is always looking for a victim to get behind, justified or not.  A pregnant Hispanic librarian is like their wildest dreams come true.

Older I get the more convinced I am that many more folks are crazy than we imagined.  Also, with Covid lockdowns it appears many who might struggle through life are tipped over the edge.  Besides this inexplicable story, look at all the incidents on airplanes.  The Crazies are among us.
