Biden Energy Secretary Doesn’t Know US Oil Consumption

Jennifer Granholm, Biden’s SOE may be an intelligent woman but she has no more business being SOE than I do.   Her knowledge of energy is limited to the Eveready Bunny.  I’m reminded of a poem from school, “Oh Ship of State” by Longfellow.  Using the poems analogy that the “Ship” is our country, here’s the command structure.  Our Captain (Biden) is aware that ships float but hasn’t a clue how to steer it or where it’s going.  The First Mate (Harris) or XO, doesn’t know the difference in port or starboard, or even, many believe, that the earth is round.  The Chief Engineer (Granholm) is still searching for the Engine Room.  Ironic, especially since she’s walked through it twice during her search.  Her first question to an Engineman, “Where are the solar panels?”  The rest of the Officers and crew, all hand picked, evidently know little of ships.  One crewman’s response to a question on “fore & aft” was to ask what Aft had to do with golf.  Heaven only knows what his response to bow & stern might be.  One, when told he’d have to use “The Head”, said he preferred conventional sex.  Suffice it to say that this ship is in dire trouble.  And we, as passengers, are doomed.  And from what I know of our Captain and his other Officers, if the ship starts sinking, they’ll be in the lifeboats first and passengers be dammed.

Secretary of Energy & doesn’t know our daily consumption…..  Good grief!

No wonder she laughed out loud when asked on camera what Biden could do to lower the gasoline prices.
