The United States Constitution in Article III says that if there is a constitutional question, the Supreme Court of the United States is the final answer. The SC has yet to throw out those seizure laws. I don’t think they did anything illegal, I simply think the leeway given to law enforcement to do this is wrong and shouldn’t be allowed. How much money I choose to travel with is my business and I shouldn’t have to explain the why to anyone. This no doubt gets abused, Jeff Davis Parish, LA comes to mind. Quote
