Bobcatfan4life Posted November 8, 2007 Report Posted November 8, 2007 The TAPPS does their realignment earlier than the UIL and they have released their realignment for the 2008-10 school years. Kelly's district stays the same with the exception of Austin St. Michaels moving out and Houston Christian moving in. Legacy drops from division 3 to division 4. Here are the new districts for the next two years.TAPPS 1-3KellyHouston ChristianHouston St. ThomasSt. PiusTAPPS 4-4Legacy Christian AcademyGalveston O'ConnellKaty Faith WestKingwood Northeast AcademyLake Jackson BrazosportPasadena First BaptistThe Woodlands ChristianTomball Rosehill Christian
CoachB Posted November 8, 2007 Report Posted November 8, 2007 Wow, Legacy Christian is going to have it tough in the following years. That is a pretty tough district.
bmtdc1996 Posted November 8, 2007 Report Posted November 8, 2007 Legacy has been playing O'Connell, Faith West, and Northeast for the last few years (as Cathedral of course) and always been competitive with them. Northeast has been pretty tough in Basketball more so than football. I don't know anything about the other four. Hopefully they can continue building, they are losing a lot of seniors this year and be competitive in this new league.
KFDM COOP Posted November 8, 2007 Report Posted November 8, 2007 People love the info! Thanks Bobcat! The source for the Source for Sports in Southeast Texas.
Guest FPHS 78 Posted November 9, 2007 Report Posted November 9, 2007 have a nephew at Houston Christian, they are a little smaller than Kelly. Supposedly, they want to cap enrollment at 450. I think they are stong in baseball.
