Sitting here at a Drs appointment watched the whole game.  Too much Tigers!  HJ came out shooting lights out and the Tigers started pretty cold.  When they cooled off we got rolling.

No dunks unless someone got one when I left with about 2 minutes to go. Looking at the score, I'd say it was 0 - 0 in that department. Miller missed one.

HJ's coach was pissed at his players. Called a timeout twice just to yell at them in the second half.

Just glad Silsbee realized a basketball game was being played after the first quarter.

Saw HJ at their absolute best and absolute worst in the same game.  I came away from this game believing the two things I believed going into it: 1. Silsbee is the better team 2. If HJ puts a full game together against them they’re good enough to upset them if they meet again

HJ gave up WAY to many offensive rebounds to Silsbee. They cut that out and shoot better from 3 it’s a single digit game.

Silsbee did beat them on the boards pretty badly.

Silsbee's Harris had an off game, particularly the 1st half.

HJ playing their best would lose by 10 IMO. Harris playing his best Silsbee by 20 again.

Problem is it's hard to keep shooting the ball like HJ did in the first quarter for the whole game.

That's also the worst 1st quarter of b-ball I've seen Silsbee play all year by a pretty wide margin. Boys looked like they had their minds on Christmas presents instead of basketball. Thankfully Bottley kept it from getting completely out of hand by hitting a few 3s early.

This was the 1st Silsbee vs HJ game I've seen or attended where it was a 95% sell out or better. HJ side looked to be 25% full on the live feed. Couldn't see the Silsbee side.
