Silsbee was ahead by one or two points. The ref called blocking foul. Devon hit a FT and that sealed the game.  It could of gone either way.  Especially the way Carter was shooting lights out from the 3 line in that game.  Said that to say this: maybe the ref remembers all that.

hhhmm...  I doubt the Refs even remember what they ate that day.

This young Silsbee squad will be just fine.

In 2018 Silsbee took home the 4A State Champion Title, Trophy & Rings.

Today Dallas Carter took a regular season W.

Very much true but if the tiger can make it to SA which I believe they should , I don’t think it’ll be carter I their way. I think it’ll be FF

I presented a hypothetically scenario. Not tryna re write history.  You don't know if the ref remembers or not, neither do I.

Actually I don’t think the loss is a bad thing.  For a few reasons.  Move on.  Still firmly believe Silsbee can win the whole enchilada this year.

Good experience. Better to learn from mistakes now than learn in a critical playoff game.

 I" believe if Silsbee can get this next W" against Bishop Lynch it will be a much bigger W" than the L" in the Carter game.🤗

Now I haven’t paid attention to Dibolls scores this year but from knowing their past and seeing this score I would say definitely!

I don't think argyle is as strong this season like last. Maybe all those big posts they had are gone. Or the key post is gone. The season is still young.   Barring the un foreseen (like covid) FF may have a clear shot at another trophy.

Silsbee played Dallas in Dallas and lost by 2. Poor free throw shooting and turnovers is to blame. My concern is only for district and the playoffs. I think the state championship will be Silsbee vs FF.

I believe Argyle graduated 4 starters off last years state championship squad
