NOT Beaumont, not Port Arthur, not even Port Neches Groves. We need a coach who's only knowledge of PNG is that they have winning tradition going, and that coach should desire to do everything in his power to keep that tradition alive. Home town boys may be friends with administration, or school board, but there is no place for that in hiring a head football coach. (Anyone remember the Tim Owen years at PNG. (He was well liked, a great guy, a great assistant, but not a great head coach.)
