I was wondering when someone would wise up and book Lee College instead of continuing to play in high school gyms.  Gold Star for Crosby.

It's about scheduling, because Lee College is playing games in their gym.  There is a small window of dates for Bi-District play, and then you need the right matchup to make it "neutral" site. With all those things considered. You have less than a week to get a venue lined up.

Lee College only has Wednesday games remaining at home.  The "neutral site" is the key.

What’s more neutral for BH and Sterling, playing at another Gccisd school like GCM where Sterling plays every year or playing at Lee college ?  Neither are affiliated or have even played there in years….Hmmmm

Not to mention Lee seats a bigger crowd more comfortably. 
 

i guess it’s better than last year when BH drove all the way to Manvel to play Laporte lol. That made zero sense.

Why play at Lee College?    Bigger arena.   Would take a huge crowd to fill it.   HS gyms offer a better atmosphere.  Coaches agree on the neutral site.  
Lee College also presents a depth perception issue when shooting .   If your not familiar with it I can see it causing issues.

The only way schools will make any money off these games is via concession sales. Keep them on campus until you can't.
