My good friend who is a coach, in the area told me about this kid who was signed by a D1 university, to play football and i have no words. I don't know who you are talking about, but I have seen this happen. which part have you seen happen? the kid being nominated by his coaching staff to be elgible for all district, or that same kid getting a D1 offer to play college football, coming from a team that won 1 or 2 games all year, where he was only a small fraction on their offeense ??
