Combine crackdown

In recent years, high school football combines have become a showcase of future college prospects. However, the NCAA passed a rule (effective Aug. 1) banning college coaches from scouting combines and camps. Also, under the new rule, colleges will no longer be able to host outside camps or combines.

Is this true?
