You would think that after merging schools that BMT could splurge a little on the Head Coach Salary since they are only paying a single coach instead of a coach at OZEN and Central. Bump up the pay and then outsource the hiring process. Them homegrown Beaumontians need to be kept out of any crucial decision making, they are incapable

That would eliminate much of the politics, so that would never, ever happen at BISD.
