Psaki’s Replacement Uh

I suppose, uh, they’re grooming this, uh, young, uh, lady, uh, Kate Bedingfield, to replace, uh, Jen, uh, Psaki.  I watched her a couple of minutes today.  In one 45 second stretch she used uh 20 times.  I wonder what psychologists & psychiatrist say about someone who uses uh so much.  

Here’s one opinion, which is fairly close to my thoughts.

Since liars need additional time to process information, they typically use um & uh  more frequently.  Bingo!  Guess I need to count how much Biden uses them.
