dllscwby28 Posted November 11, 2007 Report Posted November 11, 2007 if you were a coach and knew that you had a diamond in the rough and that he could be what takes your program to the next level, but the problems are is that he is always in trouble and has a bad attitude, what precautions would you take? How many times is "i apologize" acceptable?
dllscwby28 Posted November 11, 2007 Author Report Posted November 11, 2007 2let me rephrase this, is it acceptable to keep a highly talented yet troubled player on your team to win or would you enforce the laws of the land.

2qwik4u Posted November 11, 2007 Report Posted November 11, 2007 No doubt you have to punish him, doesn't matter who he is or how valuable he is to the team. Allow him to mess up once and then that's it. He is just as much a part of the team as is the kid at the end of the bench who sees no playing time unless you're up by 30. Everyone on the team should be treated equally, you win as a team, lose as a team, and get punished as a team. It is a team effort to put together a good and successful season, and if you have one who's weakening the links in the chain them you have to discipline him so.
CATMAN Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 2QWIK-4U-------You plays for coach foster, you no how he be-lieve in discipline. he is fair, but will punish anyone who need it. ;)
2qwik4u Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 "played" for him. I'd give anything to be back out there on the floor.
