I don't know... no state championships as a head coach?  Hmm..  They really should've called Art Briles.  Now they'll never win it all.

I know and have known quite a few coaches. Unfortunately some have passed on. Dale Irwin is as fine a man as anyone could ask for to coach their kid. And no, he didn't win an elusive state title,  lots of coaches don't. But he came damn close a couple of times. Hell once with a female kicker. So enjoy that retirement Coach Dale and maybe soon we can get back together for some more hunting trips!!!
