Good luck at the state tournament Lady Raiders. Win it all! Game will be Wednesday 04/13 at 1:30 P.M at Georgetown Athlletic Complex, Birkelbach Field and on NFHS Network.

Watching Celina and Boerne this morning and I'm guessing whoever wins from our game will be playing Celina for the title tomorrow. Celina is far outplaying Boerne, much better a dribbling and ball control. The score is currently 2-0 with 23 minutes left in the match.

Celina takes their game 3-0. Next up Lumberton v. Midlothian at 1:30. Let's go Lady Raiders!

Well, the good thing is Midlothian is now in White, guess their warm ups were red.

Pretty evenly matched. Lumbertons' goal came on a corner kick that curled into the net. Lumberton has the wind to their back right now but Midlothian gets the wind in the 2nd half.

Lumberton leads at half time. Hopefully the wind will die down by the time the next half starts otherwise this is going to get dangerous for our girls.

Dang, Midlothian scored twice in the first 8 minutes of the 2nd half.

you called it.  I was afraid it might end like this when Lumberton only played them even with that strong wind at their back.  per the announcers it sounds like Lumberton has struggled to even get the ball past midfield much in the second.

Yeah, they've gotten it over the 50 yard line maybe 3 times so far this half.

phenomenal season for Lumberton, it's just a whole different ballgame when you get out of our region.  they ran into a better team today, who I expect to lose in the finals.

Celina and Heritage had a wild final.  Heritage scored with 3 minutes left to tie at at 3, took the lead in the first OT, then Celina tied it in the second OT at 4-4.  Celina ended up winning the shootout.

Wow! Sounds like an awesome state final. Glad to see a different school win the crown
