Is there no district 22-1A?

There is no 22-1A in the Dave Campbell magazine so does that mean that Alto, Grapeland and Cayuga out of 21-1A get a first round bye?

I have talked to someone from Grapeland and he said that his team was either going to play West Hardin or West Sabine in their first game and if you look, They play each other in the first round.

Thats just what he said and im not 100% sure if he is correct or not.

There is no district 22 and also no district 18(I believe). Each region in A only has 6 districts instead of 8.
