Cwgrl25 Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 not smack talk! its just not everyday that your hometown college plays at your school, 10 hours away from home! by the way, there was a Lamar player injured in the first half, not sure what happened, I wish her a speedy recovery though! Lady Cards hung in there for a while in the first half. I wish them the best of luck for the rest of the season.

(I take grad school classes from OSU through distance education.) I root for them against other teams. But I'm a Lamar alum and the Cards are my team. Was the player Ashley Crawford? Quick little point guard? No report on who, that's my guess from the box score. She'd be a big loss. I hope she's alright.

Cwgrl25 Posted November 14, 2007 Report Posted November 14, 2007 No! I wasn't able to see the whole game, I came in the middle of my night class and tutoring. I saw most of the first half and about 5 minutes of the second half.
Guest abovetherim Posted November 14, 2007 Report Posted November 14, 2007 I heard Ashley Crawford may have a ACL injury. Gosh, I hope not she is a good little floor general. It was confirmed in the Beaumont Enterprise, Ashley Crawford has a ACL injury and will have surgery and red-shirt this season. Big loss for the Lady Cardinal program.
