BH vs. 5th place Manvel??

The BH site (and MaxPreps) already has BH vs. 5th place Manvel in the first round. Why 5th place Manvel? District 22 is as follows:

Santa Fe 14-1

Friendswood 14-1

La Porte 12-3

Texas City 6-7

Manvel 5-7

Is somebody ineligible in 22?

MaxPreps has a lot of misinformation - I haven't read anywhere that anyone is ineligible.

MaxPreps does state the same thing the BH school site itself says. As I look at it, BH should be meeting 4th pace Texas City in round 1. It should not matter if BH gets TC or Manvel, but its just curious to see.
