Two things:  First, I heard a Republican Congressman say that if/when they take control of the House, they will not fund the Department Of Homeland Security until this section is eliminated.  They'll talk to the Senate about stripping this language.  Second, this is a clear violation of the first amendment.  There should be a lawsuit shortly, if not already.  BTW -- where is the ACLU?!

Where is the ACLU?  Valid question.  I’ve never had much use for the commies running that organization but I’ll admit, in the past occasionally they’d support something conservative that was hard to believe.  The fact that they’re not legally B-slapping’ this action indicates they’ve given up any sense of fairness.  Any regard for the Constitution or what’s right. They’ve joined the long list of organizations and people who’s aim is to destroy this country as we know it.  Make it a Socialist/Communist utopia like Venezuela and Cuba.
