Hagar, with the pattern of quotas that this administration follows, there's a strong possibility that meets a certain quota.  Not sure what nationality he is.  Maybe they needed one he meets.  Maybe also a bald headed quota!  One never knows!!

BTW --  did you see that the new press secretary meets a couple of quotas?  The first black.  Plus she's also a sodomite.  "Married" to someone that works at CNN.  Imagine that!  So, they get a two-fer on this one!

It's amazing they hardly, if ever, talk about qualifications.  This is how it gets so bad within a year and a half of them in control.  Come on November!

2. Mexico and Canada signed on with the U.N.s Migrant Compact (different entity from the "replacement migration" )  to allow free travel to migrant caravans in attempt to implement the Replacement Migration Program

3. The United States entered in  to a new trade agreement with both Mexico and Canada. (*) By doing so the USA indirectly agreed to both the U.N. Migrant Compact and  U.N. Replacement Migration. (*) The first installment of payments to Mexico from Canada and the USA the caravans were funded under Trump

Thats the truth to what is going on with that

Thats why the U.N. was waiting for the caravans on the border (Which never stopped by the way)

Thats why the Border Patrol was bussing them straight to churches were they could be distributed across the country.

(*) Remember , South and Central America out numbers us by 34 million people so corporations will eventually lean towards the broader market. No one is swimming from Africa or Europe to get to America but a 34 million person stronger market has a land bridge right to our South.
