Roe versus Wade draft seems to overturn

Recommended Posts

The left, socialist, progressive are demented. They have a mental illness that is often openly displayed.

Unfortunately in this football game of politics, a majority of the normal people who vote for the Democrats are unaware of or choose to ignore how far the lunacy has become. They have chosen a team and will go down with the ship rather than go in a different direction.

It is OK to fly a Dallas Cowboys pennant from your car as they suffer through another losing season. I admire someone who will stick with their team through thick and thin. That has any effect on no one else but you however. When that team is a political party and is dragging you personally, your country and everything around you into the toilet, it may be time to root for another team.

And easy example is that we use about 1,000,000,000 gallons of diesel and gasoline every two days in this country. Biden immediately on taking office, shuts down millions of acres of oil expiration area with a stroke of a pen. Gee, what effect will that have?

So gas prices shot up to near record highest. He’s solution? I will allow a few million barrels from our national strategic reserve (which was meant to be a storage for the US military in case of war). That will be the answer to have prices!!! That will show OPEC!!!

And within a few weeks??????? We have all time record fuel prices which will result in all-time consumer product prices.

BUT….. it’s my team!! I have to fly that pennant!

What does all of that have to do with abortion? It is the sick mindset of people driving the current DNC. I think that an overwhelming majority of the people who vote Democrat are just like everyone else and basically want the same thing as everyone else. They have chosen a team however that is full steam ahead in the fog and heading toward an iceberg while saying, “this ship can’t sink!”.

For moderates and lefties that were leaning towards voting conservative this November…….

Does a living baby sway your vote back to the extreme left and all the cons of the left that we are dealing with now and will continue to deal with (and will get worse) if the left still have control?

Wonder why no one is concerned about violence from those crazy pro-lifers if this doesn't go their way?

From the article:

President Biden's administration is bracing for a wave of violence from pro-choice activists if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade in June, Axios reported Wednesday.

A leaked May 13 memo from the Department of Homeland Security reportedly details ongoing investigations into threats to "burn down or storm" the Supreme Court building, according to Axios.

Would they call such an attempt on a constitutional branch of government….. an INSURRECTION???

Or is that only given to conservative protesters?

How crazy are these folks?  How about this - a pro-abortionist claims it’s okay for a mother to abort (kill) their two year old child.  That’s how crazy they are.

Wow. I didn't think she would actually say that. But...

This is what happened when a lawyer asks a yes or no question and the person does not only answer yes or no.

I got lucky because I did not anticipate the question but I pretty much destroyed a defense attorney’s case when he ask me a yes or no question and I blurted out a short answer. His defense was that I made an arrest because a person filed a complaint against me. That was  notwithstanding the fact that they were about 10  people civilian witnesses but the defense attorney was going to try to sway the jury that it was all because of me. I guess I had magical power over 10 witnesses that did not know me.

His question was, aren’t you familiar with my client because she filed a complaint against you? I said, “Yes, that and other things”. He passed the questioning back to the district attorney who asked me, can you name those other things. I had arrested three of her sons for felonies  which prompted the complaint in one instance.

Of course the defense attorney quickly objected the moment I mentioned an arrest and normally that would be correct. I cannot talk about her or her family’s history as it is not relevant to the crime at hand. EXCEPT!!….. under the rules of evidence, if the defense opens with a line of questioning, it opens the door for the district attorney to follow up. When the defense attorney objected, the district attorney in response said, Your Honor the defense opened with “are you familiar with my client” and the officer said yes that and other things. I believe we are entitled to those other things.

The judge looked at me and said, officer you can testify about anything you wish relating to the defendant. The defense attorney literally put his face in his hands and sat there. When I finished the defense attorney asked me one more question, but you have never arrested the defendant for a felony? I gave a one-word answer, no.

The witness is excused.

    • That should tell everyone something pretty clearly. Does anyone really think BH is recruiting elementary kids, to get them to transfer in Jr. high? Seriously? Here is the "dirty little secret" about BH: Most people move to the district for a quality living environment to raise their young family, and benefit from the outstanding acedemics at BH. Even If all athlectics suddenly disappeared from BH, people would still want their kids in the district. If thats not enough to convince anyone, and BH really was determined to recruit, first step would be to have open enrollemnt. It is closed.        Yes, I get it, no one ever wants to give BH the benefit of the doubt on anything. Some of the accusations are beyond ridiculous though. This paranoia the BH critics are afflicted with is not just sad, its flat out laughable.
    • Opting is always an option. Are they considering any BC assistants? Highly qualified after that season they put up.
    • Be that as it may, only time will tell. Hide and watch. Don’t be surprised if the next HC hire uses his own recipe. That happens more than not historically. I am not arguing the point that Hooks & CT had a winning combination that could’ve been carried over. I’m saying that finding someone to do that is not going to be as easy as one might think. Tell me again why Saban’s replacement, who even has Saban’s assistance if he wants it, just lost another game to an unranked team and has taken the Tide out of playoff contention? Why wouldn’t he just follow the success of possibly the greatest college football coach ever lived?
    • We've acknowledged having 2 HOF coaches hasn't been like most other schools. So why everyone jumps to the conclusion it wouldn't work here is beyond my comprehension. I see it carry over with these other hires. Gilmer, Aledo, North Shore, Austin Westlake. Next man up that continues the system in place has instant success. Matter fact there was 2 rookie HC that won the state championship the same year we handed over the keys. Same book. Same recipe. Better ingredients.
