cardinalcc Posted December 14, 2007 Report Posted December 14, 2007 I wouldnt worry about doing any sprint/speed during the offseason especially not after a mileage run.This is the time where you put in tons of miles to build up endurance. The only thing close to speed i would do would just be some strides.
