Big 4A Bi district upset

Just noticed that 4A  #13 and defending state champions Pleasant Grove were bounced in the first round by Kilgore in three games 4-3,2-3,2-3. PG returned 8 starters from last year’s championship team.

Yeah, if I liked the gamble, I would have lost money on that bet.

Oh me to. I mean it’s high school baseball so you never know I guess… I’m curious if they were missing some kids or something

They had like a 4 game skid in district but their overall body of work looks pretty decent. Definitely not your typical 4th seed

Head coach at Kilgore won a state title with Douglass. Dude knows what he’s doing for sure. He has a few studs as well
