After falling behind 2-1 in the 4th inning Lamar struck back for 2 runs in the 5th and 3 in the 6th to hold their current lead.

Lamar wins 9-5.  Tonight 14 hits and no errors.

Earlier SAM beat UTRGV. Lamar now trails SAM by two games and is 1 game ahead of UTRGV and 3 games ahead of ACU with 4 games left to play.

Way to go, won the series. Hopefully will get the sweep tomorrow It is time to break the 2-7 in game 3 of conference series. Hopefully someone will come through on the mound and hitting will continue
