Uh oh BC with a loss… one of the BC dads was telling me this is the team that will go deep into the East Texas bracket.

Good game by both teams, West End showed up made a few more plays & had a few more timely hits that drove in runs

It was a night for catchers to shine

West End Catcher Binagia had a double, 2 run Homerun & a few rbi's

B.C. Catcher Chambless had a 2 run Homerun deep over centerfield fence also.

B.C. starting pitcher Click had West End in check, not sure why he was pulled with B.C. up 3-1, but West End wasted no time jumping on B.C. after Click left with Binagia's 2 run bomb to left & a total of 5 runs on B.C. bullpen. 

Both teams left numorous runners on base

BC had their backs up against the wall and fought to get out. Good for them, best of luck at state

BC/OF has a good chance of winning state this year.

I was told that by a players dad. Was also told by the same dad this team has 9 OF kids on it and their colors should be orange instead of that red lol

Update on State Tournament

Pearland is 2-0 & will play El Campo who is 2-1 in the championship game on 6/19

Lufkin went 0-2 losing to Pearland & El Campo

Bridge City went 1-2 beating El Campo, losing to Pearland & losing to El Campo

El Campo is 2-1 losing to B.C., beating Lufkin & beating B.C.
