The way things look HJ and WOS will have an extra home game after WOS LCM next home game is sept 30 ( homecoming) against spring legacy!

I'm out here now there is no one out here working and there is no way the field will be ready even for the wos game !! They need more people out here working!!!

A major project that includes a brand new track that includes a brand new concept foundation and a new turf field that includes natural grass to turf I would start at the end of soccer season and alow 5 months to the start of football season!!!!

Even a hellas forman told me with the major project like lcm takes 4 to 5 months to complete!!

Still on a tight target date for the WOS game Haven't wavered on that target. . There's a drying period going on right now so you don't see as much happening as you would like. Things have to go well for it happen though.

I'd say focus on the field. Maybe even fill dirt and lay down some grass. It'll take about a month to be fully rooted. Then crank up the dixie chopper and play ball.

Still on a tight schedule to finish the turf by game 2. The track is to have asphalt surface, then top it off with the final track surface as soon as the season is over.

They might as well play the first 4 games on the road and break in the new turf field for homecoming!!!

There is still a push to play WOS, game two, at home on the new turf.

Drove by the stadium yesterday...looked like they were hard at work 🤷 maybe they will get it done in time

We just had a gully washer of a storm come through the LC area, dumped a lot of rain, and now looks like we may be getting round two soon.  Just drove by the field and it had everything shut down and looked liked most workers had left. It’s a big wet muddy mess. Week 2 May definitely be out now.

Just a reminder to everyone, LC-M only lost one away game last year (not counting playoffs). Its not important where you play but how you play. Looking like a Cadillac doesn't matter much if you play like a Ford. 🤷‍♂️

I was kind of wondering why they didn't do that. Lumberton did and still had to play the first few games away because the field wasn't quite ready.
