Have no idea about the JV personnel but they’re winning.  Quite possibly, if things don’t improve this Friday, we might see some of them moving up to Varsity.  Unfortunately, sounds like 9th Grade won’t be much help.  If you’ve watched them, you see any individuals (without mentioning names or positions) who might could help out?

The JV always wins. We should move the JV coach to varsity

Lol, many - many years ago, when my son was in Jr High, there were two 8th & 9th teams, Bucs & Vikes.  Only loss was the Vikes lost to the Bucs, both years. They not only won all the other games, they dominated.  When they (he) was a Senior, they won one game.  Used to wonder, why not bring up the Jr Hi Coaches?  Point is, I’m not discounting your suggestion out of hand 🤪😵‍☠️
