Cougar14.2 Posted September 3, 2022 Report Posted September 3, 2022 This result is almost as surprising at the La Porte over Elsik result. Same issue for Texas City as last year, no consistent offense. Quote
Justafan72 Posted September 3, 2022 Report Posted September 3, 2022 Did Caleb Bell play in this game,He ran the ball once in the 2nd half against Friendswood and then was AWOL the rest of the game? A promising team of underclassmen ~ Duran,Scott,White,Both oTs,Burton,Greif,Prada and others,I thought this would be a " w".Maybe it's time for a coaching change if not at the head coach, but at the offensive Coordinator. These kids do play defense but offense seems to be lacking. Cougar14.2 Posted September 3, 2022 Report Posted September 3, 2022 I was wondering the same thing but didn’t see any stats on the game yet? I didn’t expect for Texas City to be explosive on offense but thought they should be just as good or better than last year with those underclassmen you mentioned. The 5A-D2 district is a complete toss up. Quote
