Love my mustangs but they just don’t have the quarterback to get the ball to the receivers.  They also need more size on the D-line.  Silsbee wins unfortunately

I would  rather have a QB who listens to his coach and not change plays, than one who don't.

If a kid changes the plays then he doesn't respect his coaches. Thats not good at all.

Only concern is to play this game, win or lose the ultimate goal is state.  Lost to Stangs plenty of times so if they lose it will hurt, but proven plenty of times that usually doesn't effect Tigers playoff performance. 

I would argue your current concerns will be that much more expressive if WOS loses to Silsbee.  Tipping point for a historic program.

I've said all along its a mindset to beat WOS mustangs.  You have to believe it first.  Tigers are in a good spot and have a good chance to win this game, doesn't mean they win district or make playoffs. 

Keep it real.

Well I have come back to Silsbee from the beach for a few days (got some work to do around the house here) so I'm going to make my way up to the press box tonight and check this one out.

Might be making a small cameo appearance on the broadcast tonight.

Correct!Always had comparable athletes,the big difference was they didn’t tackle in practice under a certain regime…does WOS run practice at 100 mph these days?

There’s four teams I keep an eye on Newton, WOS, Jasper and Kirbyville. Pulling for WOS even though it might get rough. Kids got to remember their tradition. Time to wake up stangs
