64 Year Old Man Charged With Murder

The older man gets verbally abused at Service Station trying to buy a 12 pack of beer by a 33 year old.  The younger man goes outside & waits for the older fellow.  When he comes out, young fellow starts repeatedly punching him to the ground.  Then starts kicking him.  Older man gets his pistol and kills the younger fellow.  DA charges old man with murder.  Jury (Praise the Lord) finds older man Not Guilty.  Question is, why in the cornbread hail was he charged to begin with?  These prosecutors turn loose killers & rapist.  Let a guy kill someone defending himself - charge him with murder.  I wonder……do you have to be an idiot to be a prosecutor?

More than likely it was a p💩 liberal, democrat DA.  Democrats are ruining this country as fast as we let them.  Hopefully, November will begin the turnaround.  To answer your question, yes the prosecutor is an idiot, and more than likely, a Dummycrat.
