I think most teams with a good ILB use them as an anchor... As you can tell from my post I don't think he's the issue.

His command of the offense is lightyears better. Even somewhat less mobile he's making plays. Honestly that's the best the offense has looked all year.

Not just the run, Crosby is near the bottom in the District with yards allowed (350+). Perhaps their overall scheme is not working

Sometimes is doesn’t matter what the scheme is when you don’t have the Jimmy’s and Joe’s. Just like the first td run, perfect defensive play call.  Missed tackle for a 3-4 yard loss and then a stiff arm on the sideline!
