I don't remember any Arizona school going to the DFW. 

 

DeSoto played St. Frances in non-district this season. 47-7 DeSoto lost.

Texas usually gets Cali and Florida schools from out of state. Duncanville played a Florida schools this year.

Atascocita did play a Nevada school. It wasn't pretty, but I think Nevada is just Bishop Gorman mainly. Not sure any other team matters in that state the majority of the time.

BG realized they needed to pick up their recruiting after that beatdown.   
 

That’s all that changed.   You don’t go from losing to Gilmer by 40 then winning a mythical national championship, and playing a nationwide schedule in a few years.

They invested heavily in their program after that.

They thought heck we just lost to a school with recruits. We need to amp up our game.
