Philly batters has picked up something from McCullers. Harper dinger, then whispered something to Bohn and he dingers. Dusty, get the bull pen up before this gets way out of hand.

Didn't get any better. Tipping was so bad I could see it on the radio.

Last No Hitter in World Series, 1960.

No Wait.  Another search says Don Larsen in 1956.

Surely Dusty won’t pull him.  Durn number of pitches.

Okay - leave him in.  You got a 5 run lead.  First hit, pull him - but not before the first hit.

GOOD GRIEF!  Holy Moly!  Open Sesame!  What a DUNCE move.

Smart move.

Javier has not pitched more than 100 pitches in a game this season.

By taking him out with a 5 run lead, you may be able to use him in game 7 and not McCullers.

Still, a chance to go in the record books.  How often do guys get a chance like that?  Last time 1956.  That’s 66 years ago.  I’d have to get him a shot since you have a 5 run lead.  Jmo

You manage for a 7 game series and not one game heroics.

Keeping him fresh is the priority.

If my math is right. This October batters are 3-62 against him. For a whopping .048 BA
