Remembering that the last 6 years that Clinton was in office was completely controlled by the Republicans. Not one economic bill passed unless the Republicans approved it. In fact the Republicans not only dominated Congress with large majorities, they took complete control over both houses of Congress for the first time since before the Korean War.

Yes, Clinton signed the Republican laws and it boomed the economy. Apparently some people forget that the president can’t make laws, he can only endorse what sent to him by signing a bill into law. For the last 6 years of Clinton’s presidency, the Democrats sent him nothing.
