setxathlete14 Posted November 12, 2022 Report Posted November 12, 2022 Kudos to lcm D for holding them this far. They've been on the field for what seems like the entire game. Dat Brook 1 Quote

Dat Brook Posted November 12, 2022 Report Posted November 12, 2022 Unfortunately this may get ugly here. Best game I've seen the Bears defense play all year. setxathlete14 1 Quote

Dat Brook Posted November 12, 2022 Report Posted November 12, 2022 Hats off the defense! They played their hearts out and deserve the credit for keeping us in this game (Held Kilgore to 7 for over 30 minutes). The DC did a fantastic job and had the right formation dialed in for most of the night. Multiple tackles for loss in the back field against a team who's only been bested by some awesome programs. Amir has the potential to be something special. On the offense side of the ball Morris was Morris and took on the duty of carrying 90 percent of the offense gains. The QB is now going to play baseball. With more than a dozen starting underclassmen and the self destruction of the other West Orange county team, we should have a great year in 2023 and beyond. The greatest fault of the '22 season is very similar to what happened in '21. If the leader of the offense ain't cutting it physically or on his performance, you must find someone who will. I hope the coaching staff will stumble upon that realization after the second year in a row its reared its head. End of the story. You will be missed Class of '22. Quote

Maybe so but you can't just die on the hill of playing kids because they are seniors. The kids who give you the best shot should play. Period setxathlete14 1 Quote

He was injured at the El Campo game and wasn't ready for CHill. They started him anyways and we know how that ended. Quote
