Weather was pretty bad and certainly not good for any kind of passing game.

This helped Columbia defense greatly. But Silsbee's run game is pretty tough as well.

Tigers defense played very well except for the missed tackle that resulted in the 65 yard TD run.

All in all, a good win and move on to the next round.

Defense played great. Silsbee has to clean up the penalties for sure. Had to have had over 100 yards in penalties alone.

Martin is 2nd in touches this year behind only Kibbles.

They are a pretty good tandem and tonight was no different. 

Martin is explosive and I agree is the more dynamic.  Still having a pretty good year considering the RB duties being shared.

I'd like to see a cleaner game, but the Tigers are who they are at this point. Doubt it magically changes by next week.

So we can probably beat Smithville, which will likely lead to a matchup with Bellville. That's when things could get more interesting.
