Rez Posted November 12, 2022 Report Posted November 12, 2022 A lot of cleaning up to do. Austin lbj is going to be a bad matchup. With them scoring so much , we can’t afford all these offensive penalties Reagan and NDNWarrior 2 Quote
NDNWarrior Posted November 12, 2022 Report Posted November 12, 2022 38-17 PNG Final. Next week we will play LBJ Austin. Not an easy task. Quote

Reagan Posted November 12, 2022 Report Posted November 12, 2022 Any word or thoughts on where they'll play LBJ? Quote
1989NDN Posted November 12, 2022 Report Posted November 12, 2022 I have no idea where they will play, but Tully Stadium at I-10 and Dairy Ashford may be a good halfway point for both schools. Plus, Coach Joseph is familiar with Tully Stadium. The Katy Tigers have played there as much as the Spring Branch ISD in the past 20 years. Coach Joseph's father at Katy has some pull over in the West Houston and could get Tully reserved for PN-G. Coach Joseph (at PN-G) has familiarity and good vibes from his days at Kay over at Tully. Plus, it is an easy drive for 1989NDN...so I got that going for me (signed Carl Spackler). Go Indians. Quote
1970 Posted November 12, 2022 Report Posted November 12, 2022 I don't know what happened during halftime to the PNG offense. But I'm glad they finally pulled it together at the end. Quote

1989NDN Posted November 12, 2022 Report Posted November 12, 2022 From the pngindians.com messageboard, PN-G will play LBJ on Friday, November 18, 2022, at Rhodes Stadium in Katy, TX. Not too far from Tully Stadium...just down I-10 where Coach Joseph's father will serve as host. Go Indians. Quote
Scratchy6422 Posted November 12, 2022 Report Posted November 12, 2022 With our defense we will be ok but we should definitely look into lining Shea up at runningback full time and controlling that clock then that will open up the play action for Crippen to excel NDNWarrior and Rez 2 Quote

1970 Posted November 13, 2022 Report Posted November 13, 2022 If you can, look at the photo in the PA News, of #18 catching the pass behind the defender's back. That's a catch of the year IMO. And also IMO, there should have been a flag. No way that wasn't PI. Me and everyone else in attendance were waiting for a flag, and then I realized that he actually caught the pass. Yeah I saw that one; it was very similar. I wonder if Prosperie hadn't made the reception, if the ref would've thrown a flag for PI. Quote
