I read where Surratt's son was the Freshman QB in there slinging it against VA at the end. I'd let him rip too. If I put my underclassmen in the game, and you can't stop them with your first string, you don't deserve any mercy.

If they put in their backups the whole second half and allowed you to cut a 54 lead to 24, you can't really be mad if those backups score a touchdown at the end.

I think they told me he'll be a fish next year. 4 more years til they ride off into the sunset and join the SEC. Then we'll see how Carthage decides to replace a HOF coach.

Nah he's currently in the 9th grade. His first pass in the Van Alstyne game was a 40+yd strike for a TD right before halftime.
