Her 15 seconds of fame.

The woman claimed that she was not offended but then the article goes on for a few paragraphs explaining how she was offended.

It is like saying “but” which usually means that you are about to be what you claim you aren’t.

I don’t want to be rude but… (I am about to be rude).

I don’t want to sound racist, but… (I am about to be racist).

In her case, I am not offended… but….

She can feel any way she wishes. That’s not up for debate because it’s her feelings just like I could have my feelings. The way it is presented seems disingenuousness. I am not offended but this is why I was so offended that I blasted it on Facebook… to try and elicit support!!
