Anyone at this game?  Is Anahuac for real?  I had them pegged for third in their district, but maybe they can challenge East Chambers and Orangefield for the top.

Based off what I’ve seen this year… they will be in the mix for the district championship

This can very well be a three team race for district. If Anahuac can step up their guard play some (shooting, defense) they are capable of upsetting EC or OF.

Warming up last week at HJ last week Anahuac looked as good as any teams as we have seen. They definitely have all the size and physicality to be good.

No shot to anyone but i have heard this talk about Anahuac teams in the past and they have never really lived up to the hype. i hope they can challenge for a District Championship

Don't count out Buna. They went toe to toe with Orangefield last week losing by 7. They had a lead till about midway through the 4th. There will be a lot of very competitive game in this district.

I think I'm counting out Buna.  Only six wins on the year.  One of which is a jv team and the other is a watered down alumni team.  Now a loss to Bridge City.

Tough loss to BC - BC made a buzzer beater 3 to win it.
