BJs 3-2 I have no good answer except that players slump, teams slump, teams get up for the Astros because they are the defending WS Champs (that’s my favorite), but all all, it’s baseball. I certainly don’t expect my team to win every game. Astros are in good shape in the standings. Still lots of baseball to be played. Quote

I’m not superstitious but I’ll try and watch it. If pitching gives up only 2 runs, they did their job. Run support is a problem for all pitchers (Nolan Ryan comes to mind). WOSdrummer99 1 Quote

baddog Posted July 2, 2023 Report Posted July 2, 2023 I’m very impressed with our substitute starters keeping the Rangers from scoring 10 plus runs. Abreu had some trouble throwing strikes and when he did, the Rangers generated 2 runs late. He got control and got out of it. Quote
