Fairfield won their semifinal. Nazareth won their semifinal as well. Fairfield is making their 4th straight appearance in the state tournament. If they win it will be 3 state titles. Nazareth is making their 29 appearance in state. This has to be a record

Fairfield would be top-5 in 4A.  In fact they beat 4A #1 Glen Rose by 20, who’s 39-1 and playing in the 4A semis tomorrow, and lost to Glen Rose’s opponent, #3 La Vega, by 3.

Of course, I don't know anything about girls basketball.  Game was tied at 24 right before halftime, but GR led 26-24 at the half, and now leads 30-24 early in the 3rd.
