basically this game made BU have to allow on execution rather than Athleticism.

two teams with best record are placed apart, and they flip for who plays who..

Regardless whether it’s DeSoto or Brennan, BU should be a decent favorite.  Atascocita beat Brennan by 20, and they have some other so-so losses.  DeSoto lost a couple of district games that were against subpar competition, including to 12-21 Waxahachamacallit

No they go by winning percentage! Desoto has the worse percentage of the 4. That flip a coin is a myth

That is because they are basing it on the UIL bracket that puts Region 1 v 2 and 3 v 4

 

while this is the case in football. Basketball doesn’t work that way. Same thing happened last year and I had to explain it just like I’m doing now

You are correct , 1&2 is based on winning percentage , 3&4 do a coin flip
