Do you think this is a problem that is exclusive to San Francisco?  I would argue that is a problem brought on by Dems and their soft on crime policies.

They are reaping what they sow. Perfect example is cities like Chicago, where they continue to be blue to the core, while their blood runs in the streets. Lesser example right here is inner city Houston. Blue War zone is what they want, so that's what they get.
