I thought it was a ridiculous prediction anyway.. It had no historical back-up.  What makes anyone think that that district is better than 22-4A.  Now that Dayton has moved to this district, sorry there is absolutely no chance!

I cannot ever remember anytime where our SETX 4AAAA district has been swept, and don't look for it to happen anytime soon.

Good post fbl04, but that was the second round.  I don't think this district has ever been swept in the first round.  My fault for not being clear.

I was wondering if you meant 1st round. If 22-4A can pull out some wins this round they can make it to semi's or state, this is a tough round with 6 very good football teams.

That district that swept 2004 was my old district when I was in High School.  That was a fluke year and I doubt anyone in that east Texas district could hold their own with any of these teams now
