Well, most of them directly and their boyfreinds or girlfriend not so much. My neice Ashley (Christina) Brack will be majoring in Political Science. She had the GPA and ACT/SAT scores to go to any college in America. However, I've talked to her about Lamar since before she could walk. She will not live on campus (she and another girl rent a home in Orangefield) but she will be a full-time student and works for one of the best law firms in Beaumont. Katie who is LJ girlfriend was already attending Lamar but was thinking of transferring. She isn't any longer. Meagan my other niece graduates from HS a year early as she was homeschooler the past couple years. NC girlfriend had a official visit two weeks ago and I believe she'll be transferring her job to SE Texas as she company has a store in Beaumont. She is suppost to be down for the spring semester.

Now, I didn't list my father, step-father, brother, sister-in-law and all my cousins who attended Lamar. It would take too much time and probably most people could care less. However, I will say one relative is another nurse, one is a doctor and another is a lawyer. Of course, they went to other universities to obtain their other degrees but the did their undergraduate work at Lamar University.

Heck my oldest daughter wants to go to UT. That will happen only after getting her undergraduate work done at Lamar. Yeah, I remember the saying, "Go to H*ll USL. Go to H*ll!"
