What are you even talking about? The dollar is the global trading medium. Why would that be if we were a laughingstock.  Boris Johnson is a laughingstock, not the UK.  The rest of the world , other than Russia, Turkey, Hungary, Saudi Arabia and North Korea were and still are laughing at Trump.
