Therefore to keep things even from a numbers perspective, the powers that be are going to have to move the cut off lines high enough to keep these districts where they belong. Quote

With the growth in Cleveland it's definitely expected. If not this realignment then the next one for sure. The towns are literally 6 miles apart so I can definitely see it. Quote
