There have multiple movies that used this courthouse as a backdrop without any issue.  Given the song and its talking about riots, I’m sure some black liberal dim decided to make an issue.  People try to make things racist when they are not.  Must be a miserable life trying to constantly make everything about race.  Maybe you can attest to that, big girl.
