Needville is not in our coverage area and never has been before so therefore only time they have ever been in a thread on this site is when they have played one of our coverage area teams.

Nail biter! Went into 9 innings vs. a very good Seattle team, 0-0 through 8, then TX pushed a run across. Seattle almost scored two to win it but the Needville SS made a phenomenal stop on a hard hit chopper up the middle, did a 360 and then fired a strike to first to get the final out. "Epic" is an overused term but this one is worthy of it.

Needville is a very good program that will probably be a really big school in 10 years. Livingston plays y'all this year. That's been a fun series.

That Needville shortstop's dad (Damon Martin) was an SFA Eagle back in the day. His son has made 2 really good plays that have made the ESPN Top 10. That one on Wednesday saved the game.
